March is Women's History Month. Prior to Hillary Rodham Clinton's time as First Lady of the United States, Secretary of State and New York Senator, she co-founded Arkansas Advocates for Children and Families. Clinton was inducted into the Arkansas Women's Hall of Fame in 2015.
March is Women's History Month. Raye Jean Jordan Montague was the first person to design a ship using a computer system during the 1970s. She joined the U.S. Navy in 1956. Montague was born in Little Rock and was inducted into the Arkansas Women's Hall of Fame in 2018.

March is Women's History Month. Bessie Grace Boehm Moore created the first county library in Pine Bluff and served on the National Advisory Committee on Libraries under President Lyndon Johnson. Moore was inducted into the Arkansas Women's Hall of Fame in 2018.
AMI work is to be completed each and every school day. It is not optional. It will be graded. Grades K-2 were sent home packet. Grades 3-5 have work in Google classroom. Teachers are available during school hours. Parents, please see that students are completing work.

PCSSD will join the City of Little Rock in food distribution on Monday, March 16. We will deliver food to the following locations between 11am - 11:30am. These are only PICK UP locations for food (not sit down and eat locations).

For K-2 Families: AMI packets were sent home yesterday with your student. Please check backpacks and folders. The work must be completed daily.
PCSSD Schools are closed until March 30. AMI work has been provided as packets to K-2. Grades 3-5 must complete AMI work on Google Classroom. This work will be graded. If you need to get materials, come today to school from 9:00-2:00.
