PCSSD provides Chromebooks to all of our students to enhance their instructional journey. To avoid unwanted extra costs, we offer Chromebook insurance for just $25. The deadline to sign up is October 3, 2025. See more tips at https://www.pcssd.org/page/back-to-school #PCSSDproud #ServeAll

Student IDs are $20. The IDs will be made once school begins, so when you drop by, you are securing payment but you don't have to have the photo made yet.
Parking passes are $20. The student driver's license and the vehicle's registration and insurance must be presented as well.
Lockers are FREE! This is a great chance to have a safe place to put those items like cell phones, headphones, and such since we will be bell-to-bell NO cell this year.
Student schedules are also available. Please note, these are subject to change before the first day of school as classes are being balanced and changes are still occurring. New copies will be handed out to students on day one.
Please note that due to state regulations, we can accept cash or checks only.
We are looking forward to seeing students and families as we prepare for 2025-2026!

The first day of school is just two weeks away! Our first back-to-school tip is a reminder that all PCSSD schools will be phone-free zones from bell to bell in 2025-2026. Learn more at https://www.pcssd.org/page/phone-free-schools #PCSSDProud

Ms. Prewett is being recognized for her outstanding work and dedication as a history teacher. There are over 3,500 social studies teachers in Arkansas, not to mention tens of thousands of elementary teachers as well. But Ms. Prewett has been selected to represent them all!
She will receive a $1,000 award, a certificate of recognition, an archive of books and historical resources, and recognition at a state ceremony.
She is now also a finalist for National History Teacher of the Year where the winner receives $10,000 and a ceremony in their honor held in New York City.
The Gilder Lehrman Institute of American History and Preserve America created this national award to honor outstanding teachers of American History in 2004. The National History Teacher of the Year award highlights the crucial importance of history education by honoring exceptional American history teachers from elementary school through high school.
Please join us in congratulating Ms. Prewett for this phenomenal honor!
