Congratulations to all our Mills High Choir students who auditioned for the ArkCDA Region 2 All-Region Choir on Saturday (Oct. 12)! We had 3 students selected for All-Region choir, and all 3 scored in the top 20 chairs, making them eligible to audition for All-State Choir in February!
We are so very proud of all of our students who took the opportunity to try their best to make the choir. And a huge congratulations to our students who made All-Region! Everyone has worked so hard to prepare, and we are super proud of the progress that our students are making.


MILLS UNIVERSITY STUDIES HIGH students are dedicated to giving back to the community. Last week, students put in volunteer hours packing sweet potatoes and cookies, working hard to make a difference at the Arkansas Food Bank! #pcssdproud #serveall

This week our band got the chance to perform for Daisy Bates Elementary, College Station Elementary, and Landmark Elementary. The young students really enjoyed the performance, and our high school students did too!

Attention PCSSD students and staff. In honor breast cancer awareness month, we're having a districtwide Pink Out day next week. Join us in showing your support of breast cancer awareness by wearing something pink on Friday, October 18.


Don't forget that our Trunk or Treat event is on Friday, October 11th! We will have FREE hamburgers , hot dogs, and water/juice for everyone. We will also have a food truck and Kona Ice with items available for purchase. We will have lots of games, prizes, and candy for everyone, so bring out the whole family to Mills University Studies High School between 5:00-7:00 p.m. We can't wait to see you then!


Lexicon hosted Steel Day 2024 with the American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC) and the American Welding Society (AWS) today. The AWS Careers in Welding mobile exhibit was on site at Lexicon’s Little Rock River Port headquarters. MILLS UNIVERSITY STUDIES HIGH, along with several other schools, had the chance to try their hand at virtual welding, tour Lexicon and enter for a chance to win scholarships as part of Steel Day.









Homecoming week is almost here! We will show our MUSH SPIRIT on October 14-18 with retro dress-up days . We can't wait to see all the creative 'fits our students and staff come up with!
